
Holding Space offers different workshops, programs and events that support your healing journey, learning, self-exploration and self-development.
These workshops and programs are an affordable and cost-effective way of getting support that you need with your specific goals and needs. They are helpful to those who need some guidance and holding, either instead of personal therapy/coaching sessions or as an additional tool of support.
The topics and themes vary from experiential, to healing or psycho-educational. Some workshops are live while others are pre-recorded and can be purchased and watched at any time.
